Distribution vs. Plan: The published plan allocated 30% as a Rewards Pool (originally earmarked for wallet 0xdc52…214f) and 20% as Marketing (0x68B9…c13B). These two pools were consolidated into a single operational custody (W3) to reduce multi-signature coordination overhead during early operations. The original mint recipient (W1) has been retired to a low-balance airdrop role.
